The Stará Škola Apartments (Old School) in Krkonoše has been here for you already 10 years and because of this anniversary we prepared wellness zone and build one new apartment.

The project for the built of this wellness zone and luxury apartment with overview of the valley has been preparing already In autumn 2016. After few months of preparing we started with landscaping and built was successfully started on 1st of June 2017.
Grand Opening of this outbuilding is planned in 2019 and there is a lot to look forward to, such as finnish sauna, steam sauna, cooling pool, terrace with overview to the beautiful nature, little pond with waterfall and much more.

Wellness and Apartment project 2018/2019
The building was designed and prepared by project studio David from Liberec - the same company, which made apartments in year 2008. Project is going to have two phases. In the first phase – construction wellness zone, which is planned for year 2017 and the second phase – construction apartment, which is planned for year 2019.
Wellness building is going to be divided into two parts – room with Finnish and steam sauna and the rest room. Second part – recreation room where you can make celebrations, working conferences, lectures, etc. There is also going to be outside terrace for our guests, where they can rest and enjoy the cooling pool after sauna. You will be able to admire outdoor biotope with the waterfall as well.
Apartment is going to be for 6 people and there is gonna be access from the parking slot. It will offer you cosy accommodation and beautiful overview to the valley. There is a lot of thing you can look forward to!
Landscaping and retaining wall are completed, at the moment we’re working on grounding. Soon we’re starting with build. Here you can see how it looks like at the moment.
